About Chinook PCN Chinook Primary Care Network Ltd (CPCN) is a non-profit, formed in 2005 as a joint venture between Primary Care Alberta (formerly Alberta Health Services) and Physicians in Southwestern Alberta. The main goal of PCNs is to enhance comprehensive primary care services within a geographic area. The Board of Directors of CPCN is the legal authority for the non-profit, responsible for its governance strategic direction.
