Family Physician/GP - My Family Doctor Clinic

Position: Family Physician/GP Speciality: Family Medicine (Community/Primary Care) FTE: 0.9 Position Description and Responsibilities/Duties: Physicians are expected to be a participating member of the CPCN and are expected to accept and build a panel of patients and maintain care for your panelled patients. Participate in current QI projects within the clinic. Clinic Physicians share an after hours call schedule for clinic patients. Ensuring other medical professionals and facilities are able to consult clinic physicians about clinic patients and on occassion directly speak with patients seeking advise after regular clinic hours.
