Chinook Primary Care Network

Since 2005, the Chinook Primary Care Network has represented the collaboration between local physicians and Alberta Health Services, providing and coordinating a comprehensive set of health care services to patients.

There are currently over 140 Physicians and Nurse Practitioners participating in the CPCN, providing care to approximately 175,000 regional residents across southwestern Alberta through primary care clinics.
