As a key team member, utilize your strong communication and attention to detail as you provide financial leadership and support to a large variety of stakeholders, ensuring consistent application of financial policies, processes and reporting requirements across the network. With your exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, you have the ability to interpret complex financial information and provide practical recommendations. In this role you will provide oversight and guidance to the Finance Administrative team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of finance-related operations. Time management, adaptability and problem-solving skills will be essential as you work independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a team setting, in a fast-paced environment. Here you will play an integral role in CPCN’s financial management and stewardship including full cycle accounting and financial oversight of grant funding, administration of remuneration for 150 physicians, contract administration and the preparation of comprehensive financial and operational reports for Primary and Preventative Health Services. Description:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will coordinate and/or prepare complex financial and statistical analysis and reports, along with providing interpretation of analyses and reports to support business and external requirements. Your work will be focused on budgets, forecasting, recommendations for program and/or cost efficiencies and development or enhancements to processes and controls. In addition, you will coordinate and monitor progress of financial projects, as well as coach and guide other department staff such as Financial Analysts.
