Find Your Stride Program

Starting in April, Find Your Stride is a learn to walk/run program for anyone who is a tobacco user or recently quit using tobacco.  We slowly build up to a 5km walk/run over the course of 8 weeks.  The focus is mainly on the walking/running vs quitting tobacco, but information and resources are available to anyone who wishes to quit.  
This program is being held at the Lethbridge YMCA.
